Born in 1972 in Kerala.  Lives and works in Vadodara, India.

The mythological stories from Hindu texts like Bhagavad-Gita, Ramayana or Mahabharata are knowingly or unknowingly part of daily life in India. Most of the Hindu population holds the names from these epics. According to a certain kind of belief, whatever is happening at present might have already happened in these epics. For example, it is often claimed that contemporary weapons of mass destruction are already described in the epics thousands of years back. Keeping this broader thematic of contemporariness of the mythological stories and references, for the present project I plan to use some of the images from the mythologies that can naturally become part of the plot of painting.
