Whilst kneading dough, baking naan, grilling chicken and veg, tasting and eating, you will learn more about ‘A Pond…’, the Afghani kitchen, the migratory history of the tannoor oven, and about the precarious situation of refugees in Indonesia, the majority of whom come from Afghanistan.
