The Docking Program (Labuhan Program) is a series of connected activities held in Jayapura, Ambon, Kupang and Maumere.

Each activity is produced with the institutions or art collectives in each city and is directly related to the big theme of the Biennale Jogja XVI Equator #6, which generally discusses various socio-cultural narratives that link eastern Indonesia and the Oceania region.

The implementation of the Labuhan Program is also an attempt to decentralize the Biennale Jogja format, which so far has only focused on Yogyakarta.
